biography
Jaziah was born and raised in Amsterdam. He buys his first set of turntables at the age of 17. His natural talent for mixing and scratching develops quickly and soon he starts playing at parties and local clubs in Amsterdam.
From 2001 Jaziah plays at almost all major clubs and festivals in Holland and foreign countries.
Clubs like Paradiso, Panama, Jimmy Woo, Heineken Music Hall, Le ParisParis (Paris, France), Carpe Dime Lounge (Barcelona, Spain), Supperclub (Istanbul, Turkey), Luux (Copenhagen, Denmark), The Box (New York, USA).
And festivals like Mysteryland, Extrema Outdoor, Pleasure Island, Dirty Dutch, Sencity (Cape Town, South Africa) and so on. His diversity in style and skills behind the decks make him stand out from the rest.
When Jaziah gets spotted by Tiësto, one of the world’s greatest, he earns a residency in CINEAC. Tiësto named Jaziah as being one of the most talented dj’s in Holland. CINEAC is the new club of the world famous dj Tiësto.
In 2008 he becomes resident for one of the most successful clubevents: Expornstar
Praised for his style and skills, Jaziah played at events together with world famous artists like: David Guetta, Fedde le Grand, Tiësto, Steve Angello, Axwell, Laidback Luke, D-Ramirez, Crookers, Don Rimini, Switch, Dr. Lektroluv, Joost van Bellen, Sharam, Dennis Ferrer, Dj Deep, Masters at Work and lots more.
At the same time his career as a professional producer takes off. After producing music for television and theatre shows, and the clubhit "Check This" he's now ready to unleash his own sound to the world.
